dark_branwenHello all, I am Allie. Some of you may know me from my previous journals:
funkymonkey_1 or simply_allie. If you do happen know me, please drop me a line on my friends only post and i will be sure to add you a.s.a.p. For starters, I am eighteen years old and from Rhode Island. I graduated highschool and will be starting my freshman year at Rhode Island College in the fall, where I will be studying music. It is my passion, I love it and I can't wait to make a career out of it someday, which will hopefully be performing.
In my spare time I enjoy writing fanfictions and reading. I enjoy reading books such as Harry Potter, the Twilight Saga, comic books (the DC Universe is what I'm partial too), Pretty Little Liars, anything by Phillipa Greggory, Gossip Girl (I'm more partial to the books, I wasn't too crazy about the t.v. show), the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and the list is very long indeed. I also enjoying listening to music, swimming, and role-playing games (if you have one that you think I might be interested in joining please let me know!).
As for music I pretty much listen to a wonderful little mix of everything.
I do watch a lot of tv. I'm not going to lie. I love cartoons, I still watch old-school episodes of Pokemon, not going to lie. But I am a huge addict of Greys' Anatonmy, House, Desperate Housewives, Smallville, and One Tree Hill. I am also partial to reruns of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gilmore Girls (cried like a BABY when it ended), and other shows that no longer air new episodes weekly. My new gulity pleasure is the Secret Life of the American Teenager. I also wtch a lot of movies, I'm not going to lie I love anything Disney (animated and the Mighty Ducks are a preference), by Tim Burton, musicals (such as RENT and High School Musical) or superhero related (Batman is the BEST!).
